Description
Brachiosaurus means "arm lizard" - it got this name because its hind legs were significantly shorter than its front legs. This meant that his neck, which was up to nine metres long, automatically pointed upwards, which is why he could eat leaves from tall trees with little effort.
- These lovingly designed animal figures are perfect for getting even the youngest ones excited about nature and environmental issues. All the figures were designed with special care so that they resemble the original beasts down to the last detail. Schleich figures meet the highest quality standards and support educationally valuable play.
